Freddie Freeman made his return to the field after a nine-day absence due to his youngest son, Maximus, being diagnosed with a rare neurological illness called Guillain-Barré syndrome. The star first baseman was moved to tears once again by a standing ovation before his first at-bat of the Dodgers’ 5-3 win over the Phillies.
